New year, new starters for tbf Traffic

The beginning of 2019 has bought on exciting changes at tbf Traffic with the promotion of two key employees and three new team members.

Committed and long-standing employee Andrew Stiff is joining the office support team and will focus on scheduling utility works. With over 12 years of experience Andrew is an asset to tbf Traffc.

After 12 months in his role as Planner, Richard has shown dedication and excellent organisation of projects and will therefore now head-up the planning division with two team members reporting to him.

Simon Large joins the tbf Traffic planning team to assist with all elements of the set-up for each tbf Traffic project and brings with him excellent skills in the production of traffic management CAD drawings. Alan Smith has worked with the BTS Group for many years and has been welcomed to the tbf Traffic business to assist the scheduling team and manage the fleet of vehicles.

Ted Heath will take on a new role within the company as Sign Technician. This new opportunity has arisen as the requirement within the industry for bespoke and advance warning signs has increased dramatically over the last six months.

Peter Ryland, Business Manager at tbf Traffic, said: “We had a very successful 2018 with some exciting new partnerships and contracts and it has allowed us to further develop and grow our team.

He added, “I know both Richard and Andrew will thrive in their new roles and we are pleased to welcome Simon, Ted and Alan to the tbf Traffic team at a very exciting time.”
