Leading traffic management firm tbf Traffic will open two new depots on 1 May 2021: one in Dereham, Norfolk, and one in South Mimms, Hertfordshire.
The new, staffed sites will give tbf Traffic better access to Norfolk via the A47, and London and southern England via the M25 ring road. The company’s existing depot in Needham Market, Suffolk, will continue to cover work in Suffolk and Essex.

Alec Smith will lead on the established Needham Market depot; Andy Stiff, who has been promoted into this new role, will take the helm at the Dereham site and newly appointed Tim Wright will run South Mimms. All three depots will be supported by Business Manager, Peter Ryland.
Darren Clark, Director of tbf Traffic, said: “This exciting development highlights the growth of the business and the hard work and dedication of the tbf Traffic team. Even in the face of a difficult year, owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, our people have risen to all challenges.
“The new depots will strengthen our efficiency in working within these locations and allow us to develop our partnerships further in these postcodes. I congratulate Andy on his promotion to head up the Dereham depot and I am pleased to welcome Tim to our team. It is set to be a very exciting 2021 for tbf Traffic.”
More on this story in coming days as the depots ready for launch.
